We are a metal medium gauge ｗire fabrication company located in Higashi-Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, Japan. Based on the wire processing techniques passed down since our founding in 1952, we currently specialize in the manufacture of metal fittings for furniture, architecture, and store fixtures. In particular, we boast the top market share in Japan for the manufacture of wire shelving used in lockers.

Wire Bending & Spot Welding
We own several types of wire bending machines and over a dozen resistance spot welding machines of various types.
The productivity of these machines significantly contributes to cost reduction. Furthermore, hand bending by skilled craftsmen is also an effective method for small-batch production. We can propose the optimal solution for a variety of situations.
Welding and assembly of metal store fixtures
We can create store fixtures and interior hardware from metal pipes, not just wire, through welding. Instead of mass production, we can create fixtures designed to match your store's specific design. After welding, we also apply paint and plating, attach necessary parts such as casters, and then package and deliver the finished product.
